Pay for pages, not seats.

Every page you process is priced in credits, and 1 credit = 1¢. A plan buys speed, in workers that read your pages at the same time, plus a month of included credits. The price of a page is the same on every plan.

2,500 starter credits when you sign up. No card needed.

Plans buy speed and included credits.

Each plan is a monthly minimum that comes back to you as credits, with a bonus on Gold and Platinum. Usage past your included credits draws on prepaid credits.

Estimates for the Standard pipeline. Bars use a log scale. Storage is the list price before your plan's included storage, which covers most of these on a paid plan.

Big batches are where workers pay off.

38 minon Silver, 100 workers4.0 minon Platinum, 1,000 workers

A scanned case archive has 2,000 files, so every worker on the plan has a page to read. The same 100,000 pages cost 3,860 credits on either plan; Platinum finishes about 9× sooner.

One book can't use a thousand workers.

A single document fans out to at most 128 workers. A 1,000-page textbook takes about 30 s on Gold and 30 s on Platinum, because Gold's 250 workers already come close to that limit. Pick Platinum for many files at once, not for one big file.

Estimate your own upload.

Set the page count, how many files and what kind of pages. The estimate updates for every plan as you go.

More files spread across more workers.

Estimates from a planning model, not a quote. Real documents vary; every run reports its measured pages per minute and cost. A share above 100% draws on prepaid credits.

One rate card for everything.

Compute, storage and AI are metered in credits at these list prices. Your bill shows the same lines.

How credits are spent

  1. Included credits first. Your plan's monthly credits pay for usage until they run out or the period ends.
  2. Then prepaid credits. Top-ups, auto-recharge and the starter grant cover the rest.
  3. Compute by the second. CPU, memory and GPU time are metered while a worker holds your task.
  4. Storage by the day. Files, page images and indexes accrue daily, after your plan's included storage.
  5. AI at list plus 20%. Model, vision and embedding calls are charged at the provider's list price with a 20% markup, using the tokens the provider reports.
  6. 50% off pages our own models read. When a page is read by a model we run ourselves, you pay half of what the same tokens would cost at a hosted model's list price, and the bill shows the list price struck through.
  7. Bonus credits are for compute and storage. Gold and Platinum credits go further on workers and storage. AI is charged in 10% / 20% more credits on those plans, so a dollar of AI costs the same dollars on every plan.

Balances keep fractions of a credit. Invoices and the app round to the cent.

Questions

What is a worker?

A worker slot processes one page task at a time: parsing, layout, OCR, chunking or embedding. Your plan sets how many slots your organization can run at once, across all workspaces and runs.

Workers run on a shared fleet. The number is a ceiling on concurrency, not machines set aside for you. When the fleet is busy you may run below your ceiling; reserved capacity is an Enterprise agreement.

Why isn't one document 4× faster on Platinum than on Gold?

One run fans out to at most 128 page tasks. Gold already allows 250, so a single 1,000-page book takes about 30 s on Gold and 30 s on Platinum.

Platinum's 1,000 workers pay off when you upload many files at once: a back catalog, an archive, a nightly sync.

What happens if I run out of credits in the middle of a run?

A run that has started finishes, even if that takes your balance below zero. New runs wait until you add credits. A negative balance is paid down first by your next monthly grant or top-up.

On a paid plan, turn on auto-recharge to buy credits automatically when your balance falls below a threshold you choose, up to a monthly limit you set.

Do credits roll over?

Included credits are spent first and expire at the end of each billing period. Prepaid credits (top-ups, auto-recharge and the starter grant) don't expire while your account is active. They lapse after 12 consecutive months without billable activity, where the law allows.

How do upgrades, downgrades and cancellation work?

Upgrades take effect immediately. You pay the prorated difference for the rest of the period and receive credits in proportion to what you paid, bonus included.

Downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of the current period, and you keep your plan until then. Change or cancel at any time from the billing portal in the app.

What happens to my documents if I cancel?

They stay. Storage keeps accruing daily at the rate card against your prepaid credits until you delete the workspaces you no longer need.

If your balance stays negative for 30 days with no payment method on file, we email you, and we may delete stored content 14 days after that notice.

Do prices include tax?

No. Prices are in US dollars and exclude tax. Checkout calculates sales tax, VAT or GST from your billing address, and you can add a business tax ID.

Can I get a refund?

Plan fees and credits aren't refundable, except where the law requires it. If a charge looks wrong or a run failed on our side, tell us and we'll review it. A refunded payment removes the credits it granted.

Do you offer an SLA, a DPA or invoicing?

Yes, on Enterprise: reserved capacity, fleet isolation, an SLA, a DPA, security review and invoiced billing. Email [email protected].

How are the estimates on this page made?

From a planning model with a per-page cost for each pipeline and page type (prose, tables and figures, scans), anchored to internal measurements of text-layer parsing, CPU layout analysis, GPU OCR and vision models. It assumes 85% parallel efficiency and 15 seconds of fixed overhead per batch.

Real documents vary. Every run in the app reports its measured pages per minute, pages per $1 and credits, and those figures are what you are billed on.

Fine print

  • Times, costs, pages per minute and pages per $1 on this page are estimates from a planning model, not quotes or guarantees. Measured usage is what we bill.
  • Workers are a ceiling on concurrent tasks on shared infrastructure, not reserved capacity. One run uses at most 128 workers.
  • Prices are in US dollars and exclude tax. Plans renew automatically each month until cancelled.
  • Credits are a prepaid usage allowance. They have no cash value and can't be transferred, sold or exchanged for money.
  • We give 30 days' notice before changing the rate card. Usage is priced at the card in effect when it happens.
  • Full terms, including overdrafts, auto-recharge and failed payments, are in section 4A of the Terms of use.
